Zolia Botha is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public in the High Court of the Western Cape Province.
Practice Areas: Wills, Administration of Deceased Estates, Conveyancing, Property Law, Antenuptial Contracts, Notary Public, Township/Sectional Title Registers.
Zolia specialises predominantly in Property Law, Conveyancing, Administration of Deceased Estates, Wills / Testaments, Antenuptial Contracts, Notary Public.
Zolia holds the B.lur and B.Proc degrees (Cum Laude). In 2001 Zolia completed her post-graduate qualification in the Administration of Deceased Estates (Unisa) and she specialises in the drafting of complicated Wills and the Administration of Deceased Estates. She also completed an Advanced Labour Law Diploma (Unisa) during 2001.
In 2008 Zolia was recognised for her expert knowledge and skill in dealing with deceased estates and was given Senior Wills Drafter and Senior Estates Administrator status by FISA (Fiduciary Institute of South Africa). Zolia is also passionate about selling property and successfully completed the Estate Agency Affairs Board PDE (Professional Designation Examination) and is a registered principal.
Zarli Minnie is a final year LLB Law student and Intern Property Practitioner who is passionate about the legal realm, particularly in the context of Property law. In addition to Zarli’s ongoing LLB studies, and being hands on in the firm, she is proactively pursuing extra courses in conveyancing, wills and deceased estates to broaden her knowledge and enhance her skill set.
This ensures that she is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the legal aspects within the firm and her future articles.
Zarli is currently preparing for the PDE4 exam to obtain full status as a Property Practitioner.
Moreover, she is dedicated to continuous learning and growth, as she obtained the status of becoming a Life Coach in 2021 and is a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
